Sandy Hayakawa’s Background
With three decades of executive leadership experience, I have navigated various industries, from Fortune 500 giants to emerging enterprises in real estate, dentistry, corporate communications, and holistic wellness. Notably, I held key roles including President of Tommy Hilfiger Footwear, Vice President of Donna Karan DKNY Shoes, and Vice President of Sales for MAGIC International, the largest fashion trade show globally.and buying and merchandising for I. Magnin. Following a transition from corporate duties to attending to personal family commitments, I transitioned into a Consultant and Fractional Executive role. Here, I provided strategic guidance to entrepreneurial ventures, spearheading brand development, communications, sales, marketing, leadership development, and organizational growth.
